  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objective.
  • Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
  • Prepare budgets and presentations and coordinate training
Ideal ProfileSkills/Qualifications :
  • Bachelor Degree in Business /IT
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • An ability to multi-task whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and communication skills
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
