- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objective.
- Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
- Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
- Prepare budgets and presentations and coordinate training
- Bachelor Degree in Business /IT
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- An ability to multi-task whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and communication skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
