Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator

• To support and coordinate with sales department
• To attend customers & suppliers phone calls related to products and order inquiries
• To assists superior in daily sourcing operations including sourcing steel materials, price negotiation & follow up delivery
• To ensure all materials are purchased/delivered according to required specifications & requirements as stated in PO/DO

• Candidate must possess at least, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required Skill(s): Navision System, Microsoft Office, Computer Literate
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, experience in steel industries will be added advantage.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Preferably an Executive position, work as a Sales Coordinator/ Sales support/Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
