- At least a Diploma in Information Technology, Business administration, Accounting or equivalents.
- Able to write and speak in English, Malay & Mandarin.
- Basic computer knowledge is a must.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
- Call centre or helpdesk experience will be an added advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel will be an added advantage.
- Applicants should be MALAYSIAN citizens.
- Handle inbound calls/emails from customers.
- Provide excellent service and help to solve problems faced by customers.
- Record the call logs and compile frequently asked questions.
- To build, update and maintain training materials, assignments, and question papers.
- To administer matters related to training, evaluation, examination and certification.
- To conduct training on the courses for learners as well as tutors.
