- Manage recruitment and decruitment activities, e.g., interview arrangement, hiring, onboarding & offboarding.
- Assist in staff welfare and engagement activities.
- Assist in preparing documents for any related Government matters.
- Manage master file details for driver and lorry attendant.
- Manage and monitor salary payment for driver and lorry attendant.
- Prepare letters for new contract, renew contract for driver and lorry attendant.
- Manage staff claim - Medical claim, petrol claims etc.
- Assist in conducting counselling to workers for habitual absenteeism / any discipline issue and prepare warning letter if required.
- Performs all other related duties and ad-hoc assigned by superior from time to time.
- Manage and prepare monthly report for summary Shell & Petronas
- Prepare claim file for Touch N'Go
- Candidate must possess at least 1 year’s relevant experience.
- Sense of urgency.
- Able to work independently, creatively, and pro-actively.
- Able to multitask.
- Communication and reporting skill.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required Skill – Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal skills, responsible, positive attitude, ability to work.
- Can work under pressure and able to work multi-tasks.
