Work Location: Sei Mangkei, Indonesia Your Mission To manage (planning, execution, and monitoring) downstream engineering projects. To provide engineering/technical support on major engineering related work involving refineries, KCP plant such as constructing new and upgrading of refinery & KCP plant and development of engineering infrastructures and bulking facilities for downstream operating units within Sime Darby Plantation. Project Budgeting - To prepare the budget and cash flow of the project. Tender Management - To source, evaluate and recommend supplier/subcontractor for the project. Project Scheduling - To monitor Project Schedule. Contract Management - To organize & coordinate manpower requirements for the project, to review method statement of construction for the project and manage & control project cost for cost saving. Progress Reporting - Payment Certification and preparation of project progress report. Authority Approval - To communicate or liaise with consultants, project owner/clients and government authorities for any statutory requirements and approvals. Ideal Candidate Possess a Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification. Possess a minimum of 5 years significant experience in the construction industry. Preferably a Registered Professional Engineer. Good technical knowledge and understanding of project management. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Words, Excel & Power Point). Practice good governance and compliance to Building/Machinery Code & Regulation.
