- Must be fluent in written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be of advantage.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Good presentation skills and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram will be prioritized for this position.
- Good knowledge of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.

- Social Media Strategy Development:• Develop comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Platform-Specific Campaigns:• Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to each platform, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
- Content Creation:• Create engaging and visually appealing content for each platform, considering the unique characteristics and audience preferences of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
- Content Calendar Management:• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all social media platforms.
- Audience Engagement: • Foster engagement by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
- Influencer Collaboration:• Identify and collaborate with influencers on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu to amplify brand messaging and reach a wider audience.
- Campaign Monitoring and Optimization:• Monitor the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Cross-Platform Integration:• Coordinate and integrate marketing efforts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu to maintain a cohesive brand presence.
- Paid Advertising:• Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including budget allocation, targeting, and ad creation.
- Community Building:• Develop strategies to build and nurture online communities on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
- Trend Analysis:• Stay updated on industry trends and social media platform updates to incorporate relevant features and content types into the strategy.
- Analytics and Reporting:• Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on social media performance.
- Collaboration with Creative Teams:• Work closely with visual designers and multimedia designers to produce high-quality and shareable content for each platform.
- Localization Strategies:• Develop strategies for localizing content to resonate with specific regional audiences on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
- Regulatory Compliance:• Ensure that all social media activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines on each platform.
- Emerging Platforms Exploration:• Keep up with emerging social media platforms and assess their relevance for potential inclusion in the marketing strategy.
