Job Responsibility To assist Company Secretary in administering the day to day operations of secretarial compliance with statutory requirements, regulations and guidelines relevant to company secretarial practice To meet theCompany s statutory requirements mandated under the Companies Act and SSM regulations (ensure the necessary compliance with relevant Act, Laws and regulatory requirements) & filing via MBRS To ensure that the Company comply with all relevant Statutory requirements including lodgment of statutory forms, Annual Return, public announcements and other compliance according to SSM regulations To ensure all Company statutory registers and records are well documented , maintained and up-dated Attend, co-ordinate and take minutes of Board, Committee and General meetings To ensure that all preparation and circulation of Directors Circular Resolutions, Shareholders Meeting, Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting are documented according to the Companies Act and SSM s regulations Keep abreast with the latest development and amendments of the Companies Act, 2016, SSM s regulations, the Main Board Listing Requirements, Securities Commission Act, Corporate Governance and other relevant rules and regulations and to advise the Board, Committees and the management on compliance of the same Job Requirements Must be a Malaysian Candidates who possess full or partial qualifications of MAICSA or equivalent are encouraged to apply. Candidates who possess a Bachelor s Degree in Finance/Accounting or ACCA, PA, MICPA, CIMA or currently pursuing professional examinations as enumerated above Those who have keen interest in pursuing Company Secretarial Practice as a career are also encouraged to apply At least 1-3 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice or related field Must possess good knowledge of secretarial practices, Malaysian Companies Act 2016 and good knowledge of listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and other relevant statutory regulations and corporate governance guidelines Proficiency both in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia Proactive, resourceful, independent, meticulous, multitasking and strong sense of responsibility and commitment Good team player with ability to interact at all levels is expected Positive attitude with high degree of integrity and professionalism Attentive to details and well-organized Good interpersonal and communication skills Good computer knowledge Job Benifits We provide a good working environment and career development We provide quality training and broad possibility for career advancement Annually/anniversary increment, bonus and other incentives/benefits Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience We observe a five-day working week All confirmed staff will be covered by our group personal accident insurance scheme subject to insurability
