- Spearhead performance management across APEC: You will own the entire process, ensuring fair, objective, and consistent evaluations that drive individual and team growth.
- Lead a calibrated talent review process: Foster collaboration and transparency as you guide managers in providing valuable feedback and identifying high-potential employees.
- Develop and implement leadership development programs: Equip high-potential employees with the skills and knowledge to excel in future roles, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline.
- Partner with business leaders: Collaborate strategically to identify talent gaps and design targeted learning & development programs (e.g., e-learning, workshops, coaching) that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Oversee core talent management processes: Drive career development planning, succession planning, and other initiatives that empower employees and optimize our talent pool.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and growth: Foster a love of learning and development in all employees across APEC, creating a thriving learning environment.
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices: Be a thought leader, keeping yourself and the team updated on the latest advancements in talent management and learning & development.
- 5+ years of experience in talent management and/or learning & development.
- Proven track record of leading effective performance management processes and talent reviews.
- Strong understanding of talent management best practices, including succession planning, career development planning, and building a high-performing culture.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Passion for talent management & learning and development.
- Experience in the APEC region (a plus!).
