- Implement initiatives and extract synergies from collaboration with business units within the group
- Ensure alignment with the Board and Management
- Build a strong management team and ensure proper succession plans are in place
- Drive business strategies that are fully aware of competitive landscape
- Present accurate and timely management reports to key stakeholders, the EXCO, and the Board
- Perform duties as the Risk Management Officer by maintaining, reviewing, and improving internal risk controls
- Be responsible for the overall direction of key departments of the company
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in the financial industry leading a Financial Institution business unit
- Proven track record of building a sustainable business with strong leadership traits
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong grasp of accounting and financial reporting standards and practices
- Strong people management skills
- Effective communication skills
