- Planning, executing, and overseeing the entire implementation of client experience initiatives, overseeing activities that drive membership recruitment, engagement, and active participation, aligning with consumer value propositions and brand experience goals
- Developing loyalty programme and gifting rewards plan in accordance with the client communities
- Working closely with the regional team to analyse the client segments to achieve optimal outcomes
- Supporting the brand by rolling out programmes to enhance client experience and satisfaction
- Regularly evaluating client satisfaction level by monitoring KPIs, customer care performance metrics and suggesting action plans in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborating with Events, Learning and Development as well as Commercial teams to execute end to end loyalty program to improve retention rate
- Evaluating the effectiveness of client communications, making enhancements to foster positive engagement
- Strong track record in handling loyalty programs with huge consumer transactions
- Strong track record in driving customer retention and growth
- Sharp analysis and problem solving skills, with a great passion in numbers and data
- Experience in luxury industry will be an added advantage
