Job Description:
  • Assist HR Manager in overall HR system and procedures, including benefit & welfare, discipline issues, and compensation.
  • Support recruitment activities by sourcing, contacting candidates, and arranging interviews.
  • Update employee records, manage daily attendance, handle leave matters, OT claims, and staff benefit claims.
  • Aid in monitoring foreign workers' accommodations, yearly FOMEMA, and work permit renewals.
  • Handle ad-hoc HR tasks and company activities.
  • Process payroll accurately and timely.
  • Input monthly data including leaves, overtime, and expense claims.
  • Prepare payroll and journal posting reports for month-end closing.
  • Administer and maintain HR records.
  • Provide administrative support across departments.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations.
  • Process HR documentation.
  • Assist in payroll preparation.
  • Maintain management guidelines and HR policies.
  • Handle administrative assignments.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; on-the-job training provided.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of Employment Act, Labour Law, and other relevant HR areas advantageous.
  • Willingness to assist with initiatives and projects.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prefer Mandarin-speaking candidate.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
