- Responsible for leading as a Design HSE Engineer, overseeing and collaborating with third-party consultants and clients on Design HSE Studies, Loss Prevention Studies, and Fire Protection Engineering Design.
- Conduct safety studies for certain engineering outputs.
- Ensure the quality and timely completion of projects by third-party consultants.
- Manage Engineering and Procurement activities, providing support to Construction and Commissioning teams as needed.
- Aid in proposal execution, including creating detailed technical documentation, cost estimation, and man-hour estimation.
- Must have a Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, preferably with EPCC Project experience.
- Proficiency in Sound Plan, DNV PHAST/Safeti software is advantageous.
- Experience in Fire Protection System and Fire & Gas Detection System Engineering Design is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to sites for commissioning activities and BOMBA inspections.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn across various engineering disciplines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and PC literacy (Ms Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Project).
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills.
