Understand market demand, perform market research and develop a feasible leasing plan for the mall
Develop rapport with tenants, stakeholders, retailers and business partners
Source new and suitable tenants in line with the tenant mix planning
Conceptualize and develop strategies that will increase the occupancy of the mall
Negotiate lease terms and conditions, including rental rates, lease duration, and any special considerations
Collaborate with legal team/solicitor to ensure lease agreements comply with regulations and safeguard the interests of all parties
Preparation of budget and rental plan
Prepare weekly activity reports and follow up on status of negotiation with tenants

skills and experience required

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Marketing or equivalent
5-8 years of experience with proven track record in mall leasing
