Partner with the best As an Electrical Engineer, you will handle technical queries regarding AC electrical machines, AVRs, Generator Control & Protection Panel, MCCs, Battery Chargers from customers worldwide. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for: Ensuring safe and reliable operation of installed fleet through analyses of past events and proposal of improvements. Managing customer issues identifying solution autonomously or driving Supplier support. Providing reports to customer and management on performances of assigned projects. Supporting site team during Operation/Outage phases. Interfacing with other businesses, supplier, and internal/external customers. Providing support in activities relating to enhancing services technology integrating customer data, capturing products reliability, maintenance, safety and other performance parameters. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's in electrical / electronic Engineering or related engineering experience. Have significant knowledge of electrical power systems control or service technical support related experience. Have solid knowledge of rotating electrical machines (motors, generators), protections, switchgears manufacturing, operation and troubleshooting. Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Have fluency in English (both oral and written).
