What would you do To manage Compliance related risks, the formation and execution of periodic Compliance program. To assist Head of Compliance on topics related to Compliance advisory, gap assessment and ongoing monitoring. Provide pertinent data to support decision-making. Build and maintain constructive working relationship with business units and other relevant stakeholders such as with other control functions. Strategy and planning particularly in the drafting and finalising of Annual Compliance Plan taking into consideration key focus areas or key risk areas. Accountable for providing timely and accurate comprehensive key pertinent information to facilitate decision making. Support the development and delivery efficiency in providing compliance assurance to the Management and Board. Provide leadership and support other team members in ensuring the delivery of team's overall KPIs. Inspire and motivate others and employ effective problem solving strategies. Develop a culture that is supportive of diversity and inclusion along continuous improvement, innovation and excellence. Ability to write policies and procedure, and to perform periodic review to ensure the content of policies and procedures are updated. To perform an oversight on business and risk control officers in order to be in compliance with policies/procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Well-versed with ABC requirements, and the overall governance requirements. Ensure the effectiveness and implementation of relevant training program including guidance to business units and other relevant stakeholders. Work closely with business units and risk control officers to meet internal and regulatory requirements. Ensure the effectiveness and implementation of relevant training program including guidance to business units and other relevant stakeholders. To prepare including to coordinate with relevant stakeholders within and outside the team to prepare periodic Compliance reports to Management and Board. Who should join us 10 years or more of overall working experience in Compliance or related areas in financial institutions. Exposure to risk management with deep understanding of various risks to e-money issuers will be an added advantage. Proven ability to foster positive collaboration within and outside the team with experience in the development of team dynamics and performance ensuring quality standards are consistently achieved. Excellent written, presentation and verbal skills, with ability to communicate at a variety of levels including senior management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and maintain valuable relationships. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently but at the same time value collaboration within and outside the team. Professional and highly adept at problem-solving, conflict resolution and negotiations. Degree or equivalent in relevant field. Professionally qualified in Compliance related area is an added advantage.
