Responsibilities: To capture investor's community's attention on Setia's progress and growth stories Oversees the process of fostering positive relationships with external stakeholders, particularly the investing community and the broader market. Gather relevant insights from the external stakeholders for the purpose of development of strategic initiatives. To oversee the process of fostering positive relationships with external stakeholders, particularly the investing community and the broader market to capture investor's community's attention on Setia's progress and growth stories.. Effectively communicate the organization's financial performance, flagship developments, company's vision and aspirations together with its achievements. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in order to identify opportunities and highlight risks to business leaders and individual contributors. Conduct market research to support informed decision-making by the management. Gather market intelligence to stay relevant and ahead of competitors. Manage and implement special projects as approved by Senior Management. This include planning, execution, monitoring and reporting on the projects. Participate in other functions of the department including corporate planning, business performance, corporate finance, corporate exercises and commercial development including reorganization and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, landbank utilization/ optimization planning etc) Requirements: Bachelor Degree/Professional Qualification in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field. 5 - 6 years related experience with proven experience in strategic planning, project management and coordination. Strong written and verbal communication skills Outstanding research and analytical abilities to interpret data Knowledge on related industry to Property and Real Estate Excellent understanding of business and industry practices Strong articulation skills Working location: Setia Alam
