Get to know our Team:TreeDots is a platform that helps to redistribute unsold inventories in the F&B market from suppliers to businesses like restaurants, cafes etc. Through this platform, we aim to improve efficiency and productivity of F&B users to achieve more with less resources and preventing any unnecessary wastage.We are looking for Customer Service Officer to join our family!Responsibilities:

Contact existing customers via outgoing calls
Handling Customer inquiries, placing orders
Promoting of products to existing customers
Increase sales growth
Adhoc duties when required

Requirements:

Must either be Chinese or fluent in Chinese/Mandarin
Must be willing to work onsite (Petaling Jaya)
Must be willing to work from Monday - Saturday
Proficient in multiple languages / dialects is a plus
Preferably with F&B or FMCG Industry experience
Preferably with Telemarketing experience
Great interpersonal and communication skills
