A brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers
Provide exemplary quality of customer service, build repeat clientele and maintain customer relationship
Answer customer enquiries and provide professional feedback according to the brand’s standards
Maintain an excellent level of the presentation of the shop interiors, the mannequins and the windows
Assist in daily operations in store

Ideal Profile

Location available at Johor Premium Outlet (JPO).
Possess good customer service and interpersonal skill.
Possess good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
