Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening & filter resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.2. Maintain & building good relationship with university to streamline the recruitment process for internship students3. Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documents, facilitating orientation sessions and etc.4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and filing of HR-related paperwork such as employment contracts and etc.5. Assisting in organizing and coordinating employee training sessions, workshops, and development programs.6. Responsible to handle payroll calculation using autocount system.7. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, keeping abreast of relevant legal requirements.Requirements :Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT & etc)
