JOB PURPOSE Perform surveillance activity along the Railway Protection Zone (RPZ) of LRT and BRT lines. Assist superior in monitoring an implementation of Third-party project development in accordance with Act / Regulations / Policies / SOP. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out surveillance activity in vicinity of RPZ of LRT and protection zone of BRT lines including analysis the data, preparing reports to management, conduct joint enforcement and engagement with Third-party. Assist superior in analyzing feedback, issues and grievances provided by the stakeholders on Third-Party projects proposal including potential risks to Prasarana assets and operations. Attend presentation session, meeting, discussion, review of document session, pre-consultation of application process and site visit with regard to the Third-Party development proposal/issue. Assist superior in consolidating information on Third Party project application and identify any issues that have violated the compliance of relevant laws, regulations, policies and SOP. Assist superior in preparing the relevant documents such as Surveillance Report, Schedule, Minute of Meeting, Discussion Note, Letters, Memo, or any other communications medium within timeframe. Assist superior in monitoring, liaise and coordinate on-going work progress, joint coordination meeting, site inspection and ensure safety or works are compliance with the SOP, policies and regulations including mitigation measures for any issues highlighted with regards to the operational and asset of Prasarana. Assist superior review the method statement of the work and progress report, on-site inspections of instrumentation & monitoring device. Assist on the enforcement activity if there is any failure during the Third-party project implementation. Joint inspection on defect work activity until end of defect liability period. final join inspection with Stakeholder and Third-party to identify any defect to the Prasarana asset. Process release of Third-party Bank Guarantee (BG) from Legal & General Counsel Department (LGCD). Assist superior in coordinating project handing over process including submission of all documents and new assets list to Asset Management Section of Land and Asset Management Department (LAMD). Assist superior in document management system for RPZ & Development Control Unit. Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES Diploma in civil engineering / Rail Infrastructure. Possess relevant working experience. Minimum 1 years working experience. Develop and maintain professional relationship within Prasarana group, Authorities, Developer, Consultant and Contractors. Analytical, teamwork and problem-solving skills. Good writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good understanding and knowledge in civil engineering/rail infrastructure discipline. Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Auto-cad. SRF C14-2024
