Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid Legal Assistant role located in Damansara with flexibility for some remote work. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for supporting our Legal Manager by executing a broad range of administrative duties, including but not limited to, assisting with preparing documents, managing calendars, and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications A Law degree froma recognised universities Newly called to the Bar and not more than 1 year of working experience Experience with conveyancing, corporate, small estate distribution, legal research and writing, document management, and client communications Familiarity with legal databases and programs such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Basic knowledge of Malaysian law is a plus
