Account Cum Admin Executive (DK Solutions Ent) – Kota Kinabalu

• Able to handle full sets of accounts (monthly bank reconciliation, Petty Cash, AR, AP and GLI
• Create Invokes, official receipts, reminder, prepare tax return and reports.
• To follow up unpaid Invoice by mail and call
• Perform daily accounting functions, monthly accounting report, tax filling, bank reconciliation.
• Assist in other administrative duties not limited to Purchase order, Delivery Order and Quotations, bookkeeping.
• Handle daily documentation and proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
• Provide administrative support to colleagues and management.
• General admen and clerical support
• Responsible for supporting company day-to-day administration and office support.
• To manage all administrative & operation tasks which include documentation, filing, letter correspondences, arranging for courier services, etc.
• Responsibility for supporting administration and human resources-related matters.

• Honest and willing to learn new thing
• Candidate must possess at least LCCI / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Accounting Finance or equivalent.
• Can work Individually and as a team
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field
• Fresh graduated is encourage to apply
• Known in AutoCount accounting software is added advantage
