- Able to handle full sets of accounts (monthly bank reconciliation, Petty Cash, AR, AP and GLI
- Create Invokes, official receipts, reminder, prepare tax return and reports.
- To follow up unpaid Invoice by mail and call
- Perform daily accounting functions, monthly accounting report, tax filling, bank reconciliation.
- Assist in other administrative duties not limited to Purchase order, Delivery Order and Quotations, bookkeeping.
- Handle daily documentation and proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
- Provide administrative support to colleagues and management.
- General admen and clerical support
- Responsible for supporting company day-to-day administration and office support.
- To manage all administrative & operation tasks which include documentation, filing, letter correspondences, arranging for courier services, etc.
- Responsibility for supporting administration and human resources-related matters.
- Honest and willing to learn new thing
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Accounting Finance or equivalent.
- Can work Individually and as a team
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field
- Fresh graduated is encourage to apply
- Known in AutoCount accounting software is added advantage
