This position responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the project's objectives and requirements.As a IT Project Manager, you will be reporting to Section Lead - Delivery Management - Product Enablement and responsible for;-Creating a comprehensive project plan, including defining project goals, objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.Identify tasks, allocate resources, and create a schedule to ensure the project progresses smoothly.Facilitate communication, encourage teamwork, and provide guidance to team members to ensure they understand their tasks and deadlines.Identify project stakeholders, establish effective communication channels, and manage their expectations.Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate or minimize their impact on the project. This includes conducting risk assessments, creating contingency plans, and monitoring risks throughout the project.Work with relevant stakeholders to define and manage the project budget. Monitor project costs, track expenses, and ensure that the project is delivered within the allocated budget.Develop and implement quality control processes, conduct quality reviews, and address any deficiencies to maintain high-quality outcomes.Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on the status to stakeholders and provide regular updates on project performance, identify any deviations from the plan, and take corrective actions as needed.Assessing change requests, evaluating their impact on the project, and implementing approved changes while minimizing disruption.Oversee the project closure process, including conducting post-project evaluations, documenting lessons learned, and archiving project documentation.Your qualifications and experience:Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, set a clear vision, and guide them towards project success.Able to make decisions, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts effectively.Excellent communication skills and must be able to articulate project goals, expectations, and requirements to the team and stakeholders.Proficient in active listening, negotiation, and presenting information clearly and concisely.Exceptional organizational skills to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and should be adept at analyzing complex situations, identifying solutions, and making informed decisions under pressure.Must be able to foster teamwork and collaboration among project team members and create a positive and inclusive team environment.Good understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile methodologies), tools, and techniques to effectively manage projects.Good communication in English and Japanese proficiency at business level.What you get:Great working environment with attractive compensation and rewards package (according to local regulations);Annual bonus payment based on performance;Access to various internal and external training platforms (e.g. Linkedin Learning);Experienced and professional colleagues and workplace that supports innovation;Multiple Savings Plans with Employer MatchCompany’s emphasis on employees’ wellness and work-life balance and flexible workplace policy;Who we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
