Position Summary To ensure the consistent delivery of excellent service to our patients and also handling patient enquiries / complaints / concerns pertaining to IVF. Job duties involve routine interaction with others, including providing assistance and arrangement of transportation for patients. May be required to perform duties and responsibilities not listed in this description, on a temporary or long-term basis. Duties & Responsibilities The daily functions include attending to enquiries (email, phone or physical), assisting the nurse / patients and appointment scheduling. To assist the counsellor in organizing regular patient's support group with nursing. Coordinate patient fertility treatment cycle consultation. Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangement for international patients. Working together with hospital's customer service staff. Coordinate all infertility diagnostic test and treatment plans between patients and Fertility Specialist. To manage the Telephone Careline and triage with patients regarding patient medication, treatment plans and test results. Patient Education on treatment protocols, medications and infertility procedures. Responsible for the ongoing communication between the Fertility Specialist, the patient and IVF Lab. Perform other tasks / duties as assigned. Qualifications Relevant Certificate in any management field Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferably in healthcare environment. Must be detail oriented with good interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent in both written and verbal (Bahasa Malaysia / English) PC Literate Additional Requirements A self starter with initiative and ability to work independently. Effectively interacts at all levels. Willing to travel. Works beyond normal hours in support of projects or other assignments. Chinese speaking candidate required (To assist China patient)
