- Ensures adherence to blood sampling schedules
- Coordinates Policy and Procedure (P&P) review and development
- Manages clinical waste and supports clinic integration
- Conducts root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions
- Monitors Adverse Occurrence Report (AOR) and advise and ensures implementation of corrective actions
- Assists in the development, monitoring, and presentation of internal quality measures and initiatives
- Ensures clinics meet Malaysian Standard Quality in Healthcare (MSQH) accreditation
- Submits required documentation to accreditation body
- Provides training and support to facility and clinical teammates
- Organises nursing quality management committees
- Establishes and maintains tracking systems for quality activities
- Provides coaching and leadership to teammates
- Supports Quality/Infection Control Link Nurses
- Participates in operations reviews, reports and resource allocation
- Develops a collaborative team environment
- Study background: Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in nursing or a related field qualification
- Registered Nurse possessing a current Annual Practice Certificate
- Requires at least 5 years of experience in renal care/dialysis
- Skilled in drafting Policies and Procedures (P&Ps)
- Essential experience in Quality Management and Clinical Risk Management
- Demonstrates aptitude as an educator and communicator
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Possesses a thorough grasp of clinical quality and risk management principles
