DescriptionPrimary Objective:
  • Provide continuous supports and enhancements to Customer Profitability related systems
  • Articulate and connect business requirements to system overall objectives and design, with the intention to improve overall user experience and facilitate in-depth analysis
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare progress report (or where necessary) for submission to PSC or any other committees if required
  • To maintain a close relationship with all stakeholders, including but not limited to Group Finance, Group Risk, Group IT and Businesses for matters related to Customer Profitability related systems
  • Provide continuous support and maintenance on the Customer Profitability related systems
  • Main liaison person with the respective business champions to prioritise and plan on enhancement requests
  • Be cognisant of regulatory changes and take lead in planning the required enhancements
  • Participate in all bank-wide related system changes to ensure no impact to system users
  • Actively participate in the automation of reports, including but not limited to, RAROC automation
  • Prepare monthly RAROC submission to the required committee meetings
  • Update RAS set on RAROC as and when is required and prepare the necessary papers for approval
  • Regularly review and update on RAROC methodology or as and when is required
  • Support and track business portfolio improvement initiatives
  • Perform Group / SBG / product / segment / customer RAROC analysis to support risk based pricing for products / customer and total relationship, CPA or other initiatives to improve RAROC performance or capabilities across the Group
  • Undertake any projects or tasks assigned from time to time
RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
  • Degree in Finance / Accounting or professional accounting qualification
  • Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 5 to 6 years working experience in finance/accounting related field
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills
  • Able to work independently and work well with a team
Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Good Ms Office skills (Excel, Words, Power Points)
