Job DescriptionResponsibilities:· Perform evaluation studies on newly installed analyzers; assist customer in data analysis and report generation for the purpose of instrument validation.· Plan and execute structured operation/user training.· Provide clinical and application solutions to external customers as well as to the internal teams.· Perform live demonstration and presentation such as Continuous Medical Education (CME) to potential and existing customers.· Maintain a high knowledge of product line in order to deliver excellent customer support services to internal and external customers.· Work closely within and between departments in order to fasten resolve on difficult problems.Requirements:· Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biomedical Science, Biomedicine, Diploma in MLT or related discipline· Able to work in fast-paced environment· Good interpersonal and communication skills· Willing to work exceeding normal working hours when required· Possess own transport and willing to travel in short notice.Years of Experience:· 0-2 years· Preferable minimum 1 year of working experience in hospital based or healthcare environment
