- Manage internal customer inquiries and address issues related to ordering, delivery, stock levels, promotions, payments, and invoicing to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- To ensure customers’ orders, bookings, and invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor online orders and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and meet their needs effectively.
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of Customer Master Data
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day supply chain operations, facilitating seamless communication and closing sales effectively.
- To build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
- Gather market feedback and provide timely reports to the manager.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Activities
- Degree or Diploma in any fields
- At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in Order Management/Customer Relationship Management/Supply Chain
- Proficiency in written and oral communications
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, positive attitude, and a good team player
- Candidate with SAP is an added advantage
- Good in MS.Excel
- The candidate must be able to work in fast-paced environment / MNC environment
