Customer Service Specialist (Order Management)

• Manage internal customer inquiries and address issues related to ordering, delivery, stock levels, promotions, payments, and invoicing to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• To ensure customers’ orders, bookings, and invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor online orders and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and meet their needs effectively.
• Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of Customer Master Data
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day supply chain operations, facilitating seamless communication and closing sales effectively.
• To build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
• Gather market feedback and provide timely reports to the manager.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Activities

• Degree or Diploma in any fields
• At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in Order Management/Customer Relationship Management/Supply Chain
• Proficiency in written and oral communications
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, positive attitude, and a good team player
• Candidate with SAP is an added advantage
• Good in MS.Excel
• The candidate must be able to work in fast-paced environment / MNC environment
