- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to join; Those with at least 2 year of working experience in accounting field will be added advantage.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin
- Experienced in using Excel or Google Spreadsheet will be a plus.
- Familiar with inventory management is an advantage.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
- Able to handle full sets of financial accounts.
- Perform daily account operation in accounts receivable and payable, monthly expenses payment, general ledger and bank reconciliation.
- Controlling and monitoring for records, file and maintain the accounting records.
- Assists with annual audit exercises for the company.
- Any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
