- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules for all facilities and equipment.
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the maintenance department.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services and equipment procurement.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and repair histories.
- Develop and implement facility improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies and coordinate emergency response procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in maintenance and facility management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance and facility management in an industrial environment.
- Must-have expertise in machining processes and surface treatment techniques.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Certification in facility management or related field is a plus.
