The Maintenance and Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the company's facilities, including buildings, equipment, and utilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team to ensure the highest standards of safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules for all facilities and equipment.
  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the maintenance department.
  • Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services and equipment procurement.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and repair histories.
  • Develop and implement facility improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to facility emergencies and coordinate emergency response procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in maintenance and facility management

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance and facility management in an industrial environment.
  • Must-have expertise in machining processes and surface treatment techniques.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Certification in facility management or related field is a plus.
