Then read on.About the RoleTo process all AML Check that are outsourced to the department within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and according to the agreed Standard Operating Procedure and guidelines.Job Responsibilities:1. Customer Due Diligence (AML) CheckingCheck and follow-up with Sales Team on the AML required documents from clients.Collect company search reports on New Business (NB) clients and prospects.Conduct Dow Jones checking on beneficial owners, directors and authorized persons of client companies.Escalate hit cases to Compliance for comments and to senior management for approval.Conduct filing of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) documents/evidence and update CDD logs.2. Policy IssuancePrepare, draft, and issue policy documents (including non-standard and complicated policies) and ensure productivity is above Key Performance Indicator (KPI), and quality.Identify problems in the policy issuance process, make recommendations to superior, and implements enhancements.Review and handle miscellaneous agreements and correspondence.Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor / manager in order to meet business requirements.Ensure that timeline and objectives as agreed with superior for any other assignments / projects that may be assigned are met or exceeded.Job Requirements:A recognized tertiary Bachelor's Degree qualifications.Fluent in spoken English & Chinese. Candidate with proficiency to converse in Mandarin / Cantonese would be an added advantage.
