JOB DESRIPTION:
  • To work with Manager to organize, plan and implement the strategy in maintenance of vehicle and truck rental.
  • Managing any diversification activities and the worker daily task.
  • Helping with product marketing and selling to a variety of customers.
  • Oversee the maintenance operation to achieve maximum output without compromising quality and safety.
  • To oversee vehicle maintenance and vehicle management for the entire vehicle in the company.
  • To manage the Maintenance Department, Truck Rental Department and staff.
  • To implement and monitor maintenance activities include corrective and preventive maintenance, operations, repair, upgrading and improvement works.
  • To ensure daily tasks are performed and checklists done.
  • To maintain good communication with customer to resolve maintenance issues or any others problem about vehicle maintenance and truck rental.
  • Ensuring the smooth daily operations of the warehouse.
  • Create reports, analyses and interpret data, keeping up to date and accurate records.
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, and annual objectives.
  • Any other task when assigned by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Transportation or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in a logistics transportation warehouse environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and inventory controls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with mature leadership abilities.
  • Fluent in Malay and English, Mandarin (added advantage)
  • Computer literate
