- Promote and sell products, solutions and services to top customers under assigned industries/customers
- Grow and develop the business in a specific industry.
- Maintain existing customers with in the assigned industries
- Explore new customers and opportunities.
- Meet yearly sales target and objectives.
- Build rapport with customer (CRM)
- Cold call follow by appointment and quotation.
- Technical discussion, strategic product presentation on products, technical Information and commercial negotiation.
- Develop and drive FMS and IMS business at acquisition stage.
- Liaison with support centre e.g. COC, FMS and SEAC in Singapore to promote FMS and IMS business in Malaysia.
- Focus on Oil and Gas industry initially and extend to other industries such as Palm Oil in the future.
- Work together iwth proposal team on tender preparation and submission, technical clarification and negotiation with factory when necessary.
- Obtain and analyze market information.
- Follow-up on payment from customer.
- Reporting on sales visit in SFDC
- Prepare sales forecast report on a monthly basis.
- Review on account planning and action plan monthly
- Prepare annual budget
- Resolving issue on project execution with project team
- Build customer relationship through social events and network.
- Perform site visit.
- Degree in Engineering with 3 to 5 years of work experience in industrial. Higher Diploma/Diploma in automation can be considered
- Product and application knowledge
- Possess good knowledge on related industrial is essential
- Good understanding on market development and customer
- Sales experience is a must
- Possess process knowledge will be an added advantage.
