As a RPA Consultant you will be responsible for implementing, developing and providing support for various solutions for our clients.Responsibilities:

Serve in different capacities as business process analyst, RPA developer, support and course trainer as assigned and/or required on multiple and simultaneous assignments.
Collaborate with customers to gather business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy and document the automation workflows.
Deliver process automations in onsite and remote client engagements to drive successful adoption.
Create, develop and/or review business requirements documents (BRD), process definition documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).
Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and requirements to identify areas suitable for automation testing using UiPath Test Suite.
Translate business requirements into test automation scenarios and user stories.
Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into test automation scenarios and user stories.
Evaluate existing testing processes and identify opportunities for optimization through automation.
Understand a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize it as an automated solution.
Create and document test procedures, scenarios, and cases for the pre-UAT and UAT phases.
Act as a subject matter expert on UiPath Test Suite capabilities and best practices.
Document test automation requirements, designs, and processes in clear and concise documentation.
Provide training and support to team members on the use of UiPath Test Suite tools and methodologies for test automation.
Adhere to the guideline for Incident, Problem and Change Management.

Requirements:

Degree in in Computer Science or related discipline.
Written and spoken fluency in English with business proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa mandatory.
Possess 3 to 4 years of hands on experience in UiPath
Possess 3 years of hands-on experience in programming (Java, C#, VB .NET) with at least 2 years in hands-on UiPath implementation as techno-functional RPA process analyst. Candidates with lesser experience are also encouraged to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Test Analyst, with a focus on test automation using UiPath Test Suite or similar tools.
Exceptional ability to understand, analyse complex requirements and define technical and functional advanced solutions.
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
Process minded with good presentation, communication, and articulation skills.
Proficiency in UiPath Test Suite components such as Test Manager, Task Capture, and Test Suite.
Strong experience in software delivery lifecycle using Waterfall and/or AGILE methodology.
Prior hands-on experience with working with Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere and Power Automate is a strong advantage.
Obtain UiPath RPA Advanced Developer Certification within 3 months (mandatory) if not already certified.
