- At least 7-10 years of development experience in Identity and Access Manager & SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Design and Implementation experience with SailPoint IIQ v8.0, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3
- Design and Implementation experience with SailPoint identityNow
- Experience in migration from SailPoint IIQ v7.3 to SailPoint IIQ v8.0, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3
- Experience in migration from SailPoint IIQ to SailPoint identityNow
- Gathering Requirements, Developing build map rules, LCM Events and workflows;
- Install, Customize, configure and support identify provisioning and Governance tools;
- Performing Installation and configuration of SailPoint IdentityIQ;
- Good understanding and working knowledge on SailPoint IdentityIQ Provisioning Workflows, Applications Setup, Account & Group Aggregation, Task Definition and Scheduling, Analytics and Reporting, Rules, Email Templates, Role Management and Certification
- Strong understanding and experience in Configuring SailPoint IIQ connectors for applications and setup connectors JDBC, AD, LDAP and flat files
- Strong understanding and experience in Configuration of Roles, Policies and Certifications for governance compliance
- Strong understanding and experience of Build and Configure SailPoint in-built tasks like aggregation, ID refresh, schedule tasks, correlation, and Configuration and development of SailPoint Life Cycle Events (LCM)
- Strong understanding and experience of Developing custom SailPoint Build Map Rules and Workflows as per the business needs.
- Developing IAM Solutions using SailPoint IIQ;
- Aggregating and Provisioning users using various Connectors;
- Lead and participate in projects that include project resources to achieve project objectives;
- Install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance tools;
- Develops the creation process of new audit reports, templates, ad-hoc and runs current audit reports for SOX, PCI, and CPNI for specific application;
- Strong understanding and experience in Participating in all SailPoint deployment activities – connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, third party system
- Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting;
- Champion problem management best practices, drive root cause resolution & reduce future incidents;
- Identify risks and issues and develops recommendations that address significant risks and complex issues;
- Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts
- Good understanding and implementation experience with Role Based Access Control and Role Management
- Should have good understanding of Java/J2EE and some development experience on same
