LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities:-

To fully responsible on matters related to Logistics Department.
To manage the Logistics operations and coordinate all transportation/delivery related activities.
Responsible for ensuring shipments are cleared from ports to warehouses on a timely manner, internal transfers of stocks between locations and clearance of aging stocks.
To monitor the movement of goods and ensure that all are delivered on time.
To check, verify and confirming shipping documents from China.
To update and maintain shipping schedule.
To issue LOA/LOI letter for shipping line.
To prepare product costing.
Checking and coding for Logistics Invoices (SST, Inland & Forwarding).
To followup closely on Insurance Claims & Goods Delivery Status.
To issue Transfer Note / Move Order.
Any new assignments which may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:-

Bachelor's or Diploma in Logistics or related field.
Proven experience as an Logistics Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Logistics Operation.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to Logistics operations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and branches.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
