Provide advisory on IT Security related issues (where countries do not have a dedicated IT Security role, the Country Head, Technology Services will assume this role.

Provide advisory on IT Security related issues (where countries do not have a dedicated IT Security role, the Country Head, Technology Services will assume this role.
Pro-actively manage and get involved in IT Security related matters and across Securities and International entities regionally.
Consult in IT security related matters with regards to IT projects including following upon improvement plans that have been put in place.
Enforcing Group IT Security policies and procedures to regional entities.
Ensure and drive the cyber security controls in countries as per the ITRoadmap.
Point of contact for security tool updates across Securities and International entities and diligently ensuring respective entities remediate non-compliances.
Point of contact to ensure security tool policies such as but not limited to Data Loss
Prevention policies, secure web gateway policies, intrusion prevention system policies are enforced in line with local regulatory and/or as per Bank Group standards
Point of contact in monitoring and managing remediation activities for the bank
Securities and international entities that have been identified and assigned by Group IT Security

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP),
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Security Manager(CISM) would be an added advantage.
At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in managing the development and implementation of information securitypolicy, standards, guidelines and procedures.
Work with outside consultants as appropriate for independent information security
audits.
Able to communicate information security-related concepts to a broad range oftechnical and non-technical staff.
Have experience with business continuity planning, auditing, and risk management.
Must have a solid understanding of information technology and information security.
