ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (Care Funeral Planner) – Kota Kinabalu

We are bereavement care and funeral service provider in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. We are looking young, energetic and trustworthy individual to join our team.Responsibilities :
  • To handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintain and update of account records
  • Enter all transaction details into system (Autocount and SQL system)
  • Prepare full set of accounts including monthly management report with analysis report, required schedules and bank reconciliation
  • Liaison with auditors, tax agents and banks when necessary
  • And other ad-hoc tasks requested by superior from time to time
Qualification and requirement :
  • Candidates must posses at least Diploma in Accounting or LCCI qualification
  • At least two (2) years relevant experience
  • Good computer skills with a knowledge of common bookkeeping and practical knowledge of accounting system (Autocount and SQL)
  • Able to handle full set account
  • Possess good communication, attention to detail and thorough
  • Good command in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Remuneration package will commensurate with qualification and working experience
