- Functioning as a brand owner, you are responsible in developing the brands' annual 360 marketing plans which includes product management, brand communications, promotion, trade activations and forecasting.
- Implement an omnichannel approach with brand visibility and traction both online and offline.
- Managing consumer and promotional events in brick and mortar stores (new launches / new store opening) while ensuring all collaterals for offline and online communications (social media, websites) are aligned.
- Identify key PR and Media personnel to best represent the brand while managing their deliverables.
- Strong collaboration with internal teams (sales, demand planning) and external (digital / media agencies) including retailers to ensure best exposures for brand.
- Sensitive to market trends and consumer data to decipher actional strategies of brand growth according to the brand's identity, guidelines and values.
- At least 7 years in retail
- Team management experience
