JOB PURPOSE: To closely monitor and supervise the architectural works by the contractor at the site to ensure that the architectural finishes are up to standard- for ICQC, to achieve the standard of the 4-Star Building. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: To supervise and monitor daily work at the site and evaluate the quality of workmanship, materials, and installations to maintain high standards of construction quality and durability. To monitor the subcontractor's activities / works at the project site to ensure that all works carried out are following the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc. Prepare reports to superiors on the progress of the work and the problem areas encountered, especially concerning defective, outstanding, non-conforming, delayed and non-safe works. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to address issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure project objectives are met. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCY: The candidate shall have completed a post-secondary education construction training program and have at least 8 years' experience in supervising architectural works. The candidate shall have good technical knowledge of architectural works and coordination of E&M and C&S requirements. The candidate shall have attention to detail to check the work quality. Healthy and fit to be stationed at the site at all times. Possess a good working attitude and is able to work extra hours. Independent, committed, reliable, proactive and can communicate well.
