Responsibilities Make an impact The incumbent is responsible for managing the financial aspects of projects for SEA, who shall oversee project progress, project cash flow, project costing to verify that projects are within project budget. Provide timely project status reports to the management team. Manage project accounting and financial database for SEA projects. Provide vital inputs to periodic project progress and status reports to top management and other stakeholders. Compile project summary documents includes but not limited to project cost analysis, project budgets/invoiced to date, milestone summaries, project performance. Compile initial project cash flow and subsequent updated plan from project manager for currencies hedging. Handle SEA project billings and monitor collections. Attend monthly Project Progress Review meeting. Determine project close status and handle accounting for warranty projects. Provide relevant project information for audit and tax computation To assist in SAP Controlling tasks when needed. To prepare presentation of ad-hoc reports. Application Requirements What you need to succeed Bachelor s Degree in finance, business economics or equivalent. 3 to 5 years of working experience in similar capacity. Project financial accounting experience in a directly related field. Good analytical skill and conscious of figures. Good command of English, both spoken and written. Ability to effectively interact with others and work with minimum supervision.
