Job Description In your new role you will: Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of a support, production or operations team (disciplinary leadership) Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion coordinates work activities with other supervisors Accountable for the shift performance Trains team members and provides input to employee performance evaluations Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies and procedures, based on practice and precedent receives closer guidance and oversight from manager It is a work task that requires decision-making and disposition latitude within the scope of the task Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Min 5Yrs experience as line Supervisor Degree in any field Must work Morning/Night shift pattern Added advantages if have work experience in FAB environment.
