Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring they meet all statutory requirements. You'll also liaise with external counsel when necessary, stay updated on changes in laws that could impact the organisation, and work closely with various departments to ensure legal compliance. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts ensuring they comply with all statutory requirements

Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate and commercial matters

Liaise with external counsel when required

Stay abreast of changes in laws that affect the organisation's operations

Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure legal standard across the board

What you bring:The ideal candidate for the role will bring a wealth of experience and a strong legal background.

Possess a degree in Law and be admitted to practice, with 3-5 years post qualification

experience (PQE)

Demonstrate strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law

Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts is essential

Experience in construction law would be highly advantageous

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the organisation
