- Identify and pursue business opportunities, establish connections, demonstrate company capabilities, and coordinate marketing and sales efforts to boost revenue.
- Foster professional relationships with clients across all levels, from executives to operational staff, through consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Gather intelligence and provide high-quality inputs for weekly updates, monthly reports, project tracking, and other corporate reporting requirements in a timely manner.
- Travel extensively internationally to engage with clients, conduct equipment demonstrations, participate in exhibitions, and collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Team.
- Actively participate in local and international programs, events, seminars, and exhibitions related to the Pipeline, Piping, Welding, Energy, and Renewable sectors, including Hydrogen, Offshore Windfarm, Nuclear, and relevant Industry Association programs.
- Identify market potential, devise market strategies, conduct SWOT analysis, estimate potential sales, and achieve set targets.
- Possess a university degree, preferably in Engineering, with an advantage of holding a Master's in Business or Marketing.
- Accumulate 8 to 16 years of experience in Commercial or Marketing roles, with a preference for experience within the oil & gas or energy sector services industry.
- Exposure or background in Welding, Pipeline, Piping, Offshore, Subsea, Landlines, Fabrication, Nuclear, or Marine sectors is advantageous.
- Essential experience in services/projects selling rather than solely focusing on product sales.
- Demonstrate international business development experience.
- Experience in dealing with EPC Contractors and Large Fabrication Yards is advantageous.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to effectively interface with various levels of management, clients, and other organisational departments.
- Possess strong teamwork skills with exceptional reporting, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
