2. Periodically update on new or enhanced product(s) and/or services in order to maintain a high level of quality service to customers.
3. Support reporting Manager in meeting agreed section’s productivity and performance.
4. Ensures section complies with all regulatory and corporate requirements.
5. To discharge the accountabilities as set out in the company’s anti-money laundering framework by identifying suspicious customers and transactions and report to Money Laundering Prevention Officer in a timely manner.
