You will provide strategic direction and leadership to your team, ensuring a high level of performance and productivity in all operational areas. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation and growth of the business.Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
Monitor key performance indicators and implement measures to improve efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with other department heads to align operational activities with business goals
Manage and build relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency
Advocate for employee development and engagement, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in managing operations in the Information Technology and Services industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in operations management
