Job Responsibility To process delivery order/ cash bills based on incoming purchase order and phone orders. To monitor stock status and prepare purchase order for all local purchase and Roche products. To in-charge of shipping and forwarding. To check and verify on chop-signed DO. To handle customer inquiry. To attend to in-coming calls and give necessary assistance when required. To handle phone orders from customers. To maintain and update on ISO file on customer purchase orders. To share responsibility with store to arrange for local and overseas delivery. To co-ordinate with head office on goods transfer to ensure prompt delivery to customers. To check on customer s credit status by liaising with accounts department. To entertain walk-in cash sales customers. To check incoming and outgoing stock, work closely with driver on daily task. Any other responsibilities and authorities stated in company s Quality Manual and Procedures. Job Requirements Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Diploma /Bachelor s degree in Business Administration 1-2 years in marketing field. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills. Conversant in Microsoft software package.
