- To ensure all tasks are to meet the needs of customers and support Brenntag operations. Adhere to company procedures in order entry, efficient delivery order process and timely delivery of products to customers with constant feedback towards greater customer centricity.
- To ensure all operational tasks are handled with high efficiency and accuracy, with close follow up and consistent feedback to customers on their open orders, with good internal communication
- To provide close support to commercial team and monitor open orders and drive the team to ensure close follow up on open orders & open issues
- Adhere to product stewardship procedures, applicable local regulatory, and environmental health and safety requirements
- Able to assist the manager when assigned
Administration/ International Business/ Marketing with a track record in
import/export process approximately 2 yearsExperience : In-depth knowledge and understanding of customer order to cash process.
2-3 years of experience from chemical industry / chemical distribution background.Others :
- Knowledge of SAP SD Module an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of customer order to cash process.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated.
- Must have a “best practice” customer service attitude.
- Proactive in problem solving, collaborative and follow through on allocated tasks to successful completion.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Solutions minded, open minded and willing to learn.
