Job description 1. Responsible for inspection and testing of manufacturing processes to ensure the product quality meet customer requirement and comply with ISO9001. 2. Conduct necessary quality inspection using proper equipment and technique. 3. Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspection result. 4. Ensure quality records are maintained and readily accessible for references. 5. Ensure that QC inspections are performed in accordance with specifications. 6. Work closely with various departments to ensure that all molded products are of the highest quality and confirm to customer's requirements and expectations. 7. Formulate, implement and ensure smooth operation of production procedure. 8. Authorize to generate disposition of non-conforming products for rework or sorting. 9. Ensure all products are identified during all stages of production and delivery to customer. 10. Ensure all non-conforming part are being identified and segregated from mixing with good parts. 11. Control further processing and delivery of defective parts until deficiency has been corrected. 12. Conduct first article inspection and sample evaluation for mass production. 13. Use only calibrated instruments for QC inspection. Ensure that instruments used does not exceed its calibration due date. 14. Perform other duties as assigned by section HOD. 15. Ensure department 5S practice in accordance.Requirements 1. Min. SPM or at least 2 years relative experiences. 2. Able to work shift when required. 3. Able to work independently 4.
