- · Enhance customer service task management by improving various processes including CS inquiry handling, CRM integration, demo equipment management, data processes and others.
- Overseeing management of service task by managing collection, organization and distribution of other claims while checking and evaluating technicians’ work performance.
- Ensure effective management and organization of customer service-related data, along with timely regular report.
- Supervise and conduct regular inspection of inventory in warehouse.
- Monitor and place regular and urgent inventory order as per needed.
- Facilitate seamless communication with Headquarters in Korea, involving liaison for repair and troubleshooting support, active participation in regular online/offline customer service conferences, and regular reporting on the status of customers service operations.
- Provide reports and engage in discussions concerning matters like unresolved claims, initial defects, and related issues.
- Train newly hired customer service technicians and actively engage in scheduled customer service education sessions organized by headquarters.
- Preferred educational background in Engineering (biomedical, electrical, mechanical, etc.) or any related field.
- Prior experience in customer service management or medical device repair and troubleshooting is advantageous.
- Proficient communication skills in English and having additional languages such as Malay, Chinese, or Korean is highly desirable.
- Must be eligible to work in Malaysia.
- Some physical activity may be required for tasks including repair, installation, and stock arrangement.
